Sessions typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on whether it’s your initial consultation or a follow-up appointment.

When first beginning Spinal Energetics, sessions are usually spaced 1–2 weeks apart.
Integration can take up to 72 hours, during which the body continues to unwind and may release stored emotions that now feel safe to surface. Because of this, back-to-back sessions aren’t recommended; it’s important to give your body time to process and fully absorb the work.

While talk therapy can be incredibly helpful, it doesn’t work for everyone, especially for those who struggle to express themselves verbally or who feel disconnected from their emotions. Spinal Energetics offers a different path to healing by working through the body and nervous system, allowing stored emotions and unresolved experiences to release without needing to be put into words.
It supports people in reclaiming their authenticity and stepping into a more liberated, aligned version of themselves.

Yes. While Spinal Energetics is generally safe and gentle, there are certain conditions that require extra care or may not be suitable at this time. If any of the following apply to you, please reach out before booking a session so we can assess together whether this work is appropriate:
The first and final trimester of pregnancy OR during six months postpartum
Children under 12
Elderly persons over the age of 75
Diagnosed Severe PTSD
Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
Epilepsy
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Cardiovascular problems
History of seizures
Severe Asthma
Heart Disease
Heart conditions
Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis or spiritual emergency within the past three years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release
Spinal Energetics practitioners cannot treat any person under the influence of any illicit substances or plant medicine

Spinal Energetics is for most people, though there are a few situations where it may not be suitable.
If you're dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, headaches, stomach discomfort, digestive issues, jaw clenching, low libido, or general aches and tension, you’re not alone. Many of these symptoms are signs that your nervous system is in overdrive. You might also notice yourself stuck in patterns, feeling reactive, disconnected, or just low on energy.
Spinal Energetics offers a gentle, non-invasive way to support your nervous system. It helps the body unwind stored stress, physical tension, and emotional buildup, creating space for deep healing, reconnection, and balance.

Every person's experience with Spinal Energetics is unique. Some may have noticeable movement during their first session, while others may not move at all, even after several sessions. For some, movement builds slowly over time; for others, it may never happen.
It’s important to understand that movement isn't a measure of how deep or effective a session is. A still body can experience just as much healing as one that moves. The process meets you exactly where you are.

To truly feel the benefits of Spinal Energetics, I recommend starting with 3 to 6 sessions. This gives your body and nervous system time to adjust to the work and begin releasing in a meaningful way.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I encourage you to tune in and move at your own pace. While one session can be powerful, deep healing takes time and consistency. This isn’t a quick fix; it’s a process of gentle, ongoing transformation.

Spinal Energetics is not offered during the first or third trimester of pregnancy. If you’re in your second trimester and feeling well, sessions may be possible with care and proper support.

Some common things people may experience during a session include:
Sensations of energy like warmth, coolness, tingling, or gentle currents
Involuntary movements such as twitches, stretches, flowing motions, or even poses similar to yoga
Emotional release—sometimes emotions that have been held in or unprocessed may rise to the surface. Crying, laughter, or waves of feeling are all normal
Visual imagery or inner visions
